On Tuesday, April 21 our speaker will be Steven Cohen, partner at Pabian & Russell, LLC, presenting the topic, “Estate Planning: Peace of Mind for You and Your Family.” During these unsettling times it’s hard not to worry about all the “what ifs”. Steven will outline the basic legal documents we all need to plan for incapacity, including powers of attorney, health care proxies and wills. In addition to explaining how the documents function, he will give practical tips on what to do if you have not yet created these documents for yourself or for your family.
